We are a preferred provider for most PPO plans. This means a lower deductible and a lower co-payment for you. We are a participating provider for some union plans. If we are not on your insurance list, just give us a call and we will verify with your insurance company.
Your insurance will be verified prior to your appointment so that when you come in for your visit we can go over what type of coverage you have. Before we do anything, we will estimate the portion for which you are responsible (and we are pretty accurate at that), and you will be asked to pay your portion.
We accept all major methods of payment:● Cash.● VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and Debit Cards.● Checks (excluding the first visit).

We take pride in being a little different than most cookie-cutter dental practices. Unlike many others our doctor and business manger work very closely. Our business manager has not only administrative knowledge but also clinical knowledge. The most complex situations allow for more than one treatment path, even though all of them lead to the same result, i.e. your dental health and a beautiful smile. As with all things more than one treatment path entails more then one financial option. We strongly believe that what you need as a patient is a sound plan that seamlessly coordinates both the clinical and the financial aspects of the treatment. This is why Dr. Kao will sit down with you and present all possible treatment options. After you and the doctor have discussed all the pros and cons of each scenario, it will be up to you to decide which path to take.

Our Business manager will review all possible treatment options as well, and sit down with you and discuss what financial options are GOOD FOR YOU. She will take the time to listen to any questions or concerns you may have regarding finances and custom design you’re financing to what you as the patient are comfortable with. We will not pressure you to accept a treatment plan with which you are not financially comfortable.

Should you decide to pre-pay your portion of the entire treatment plan that you have accepted by cash or check, we will extend a 5% courtesy discount.
